A wide variety of drinks, local soft drinks, beers and local wines are served in the interior sitting area next to the ground floor. In summer days the garden area is open for the clients. Surrounded by the four lakes, the aromas of the forest and the tranquility of the landscape, it is an ideal dining outlet for guests. Lakes Zazari and Lake Chimaditita have been designated as an “Important Area for Birds” and according to Community Directive 79/409 as a “Special Protection Zone” and belong to the NATURA 2000 program.
Endangered species such as the lagona , the silver pelican, the mallard, the grebe and the grebe nest in the reed beds. Globally threatened species, such as the bald eagle and the osprey, and European threatened species such as the rosy pelican, the purple heron, the golden eagle, the falcon and the peregrine falcon, are home to the two lakes.
Wildlife – insects, fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds and large mammals – are housed in and around the two lakes. Many species of animals, some of which are rare or endangered come here to find food, shelter, wintering and breeding grounds.

The beautiful Lake Zazaris and the surrounding area of the four lakes are some of the most species-rich areas for bird watching in Greece.
